TBT to that time when we got to photograph the beautiful wedding of our friends Craig & Mallory in January. It was FREEZING that day, but we still had a lot of fun with this wedding party and basically got to work the wedding and participate like guests (too bad I didn't take any photos of Mike's dance moves). I especially loved that Mallory got ready at their home, and Craig at the house he grew up in. It always adds a more personal vibe. Anyway, check these out, and enjoy! Don't miss the dancing at the very end. What a party. Thanks C&M for having us there with you that day. <3
Jessica & Nick are a wonderfully fun and laid back couple. I learned that they met at work here in Columbus, before later relocating to Texas (yes, they planned the wedding from TX). The story (as told by Jessica's sister/MOH) is pretty funny, but here's the gist: Jessica starts working at Abbott where Nick had been working for a few months; Nick passes love notes to Jessica over their cubicles; Jessica falls for Nick and the rest is history. I love it. Anyway, I met these two over a year ago when they were in town for the holidays. I couldn't wait for their wedding because not only was it on NEW YEARS EVE(!) but the reception was at Dock580, where Mike and I got married, so I'm naturally biased.
I should mention that despite a streak of warm December weather, it was absolutely freezing that day. We did manage to get a few photos outside, and in the snow, but I didn't want to torture them too much. Enjoy browsing through their lovely wedding day and make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom.
Thank you Jessica & Nick for choosing us to be there with you!
